Emily will be joining the CoinBurp Support Team, a department dedicated to providing a personable customer service that is surpassing industry standards.

To celebrate, Emily was asked a few questions:

Tell us about your role at CoinBurp?

“In the shortest explanation ever, I am a problem solver. If you have a question or a problem, I’m your girl.”

Tell us about your previous role before starting at CoinBurp?

“My previous role was Support Analyst, so it is similar to my current role at CoinBurp. I supported the clients with any problems or questions they had regarding the system and also regarding Payroll.”

Tell us about an achievement of yours; academically or in your career?

“I was a high achiever in my last role as a Support Analyst where I consistently overachieved my targets. * Hair flip * ”

Tell us about your hobbies or interests outside of work?

“My main hobby is playing tennis. I enjoy playing doubles and my favourite tennis player is Novak Djokovic. Top tip: Do not play against your siblings — I learnt it the hard way!”

What is your greatest fear?

“Needles and Creepy Crawlies. * Shivers* ”

What is your biggest pet peeve?

“People cracking their knuckles or back on purpose. Eurh!”

What TV show or movie are you ashamed to admit you love?

“I’m not ashamed of what I watch — I watch a lot of Korean Dramas where everyone I know says the story line is obvious. Obvious, but good ;)”

If you had to eat 1 meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

“Spaghetti Bolognese.”

If you had to be stuck on an island, what 3 things would you bring with you?

“Lots of food and I will not bring anyone with me, so I have more food for myself. But if I had to bring something else, I’d bring… even more food. Food is life.”

If you were to write a book about yourself, what would the title be?

“Small Girl, Big Personality!”
